Clause 1.1

Defined Terms

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "basa88", "we", "us", "our" refers to the basa88 online gaming platform accessible at https://basa88.cc and its operating entity.
• "Platform" refers to the basa88 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and account management services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the basa88 Platform or accesses any service provided thereon.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile created by a Player on the basa88 Platform.
• "Funds" refers to any monetary balance held within a Player's basa88 Account, whether deposited directly or credited as a bonus.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits granted by basa88 subject to wagering requirements and specific terms.
• "MFS" means Mobile Financial Services, specifically bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay as accepted payment channels on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be withdrawn as real funds.

Interpretation

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where basa88 has published supplementary rules for specific games or promotions, those rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Clause 2.1

Age Requirement

The basa88 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. basa88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during your account lifecycle. Any Account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all Funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited without recourse.

Clause 2.2

Registration Requirements

To register an Account on basa88, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• Register a payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) in your own name.
• Create a unique username and a secure password that you will not share with any third party.
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions in full at the time of registration.

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of Funds.

Clause 2.3

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the basa88 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If basa88 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, Funds will be forfeited, and any outstanding bonuses will be cancelled. Players who have previously had an Account closed by basa88 may not re-register without written approval from our support team.

Clause 2.4

Identity Verification

basa88 may require identity verification (commonly referred to as KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal, following unusual account activity, or upon request from our compliance team. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Clause 3.1

Accepted Payment Methods

basa88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following MFS channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions must be initiated from an MFS account registered in the Player's own legal name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed, and any associated winnings may be voided. basa88 does not accept credit card payments, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency transactions.

Clause 3.2

Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's basa88 Account balance instantly upon successful MFS confirmation. basa88 does not charge any platform fee on deposits. Any fees levied by the MFS provider itself are the responsibility of the Player. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may be subject to change without prior notice.

Clause 3.3

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by basa88 within 30 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. basa88 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. Withdrawals are credited exclusively to the same MFS account used for the Player's most recent deposit. basa88 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal pending identity verification or investigation of suspicious activity. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard operating hours may be queued for processing on the next available cycle.

Clause 3.4

Anti-Money Laundering

basa88 is committed to operating in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other financial crime will be reported to relevant authorities, and all Funds in such accounts will be frozen pending investigation. Players are prohibited from depositing funds that originate from criminal activity. basa88 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at its sole discretion.

Clause 4.1

General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by basa88 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the absence of specific terms, a default wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before any withdrawal may be requested. Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Funds and are staked first in all gameplay until the promotional balance is exhausted.

Clause 4.2

Bonus Abuse

basa88 actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, and coordinated exploitation of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, basa88 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonus activity, and permanently close the Account without liability.

Clause 4.3

Promotion Availability

Promotional offers on basa88 are time-limited and subject to change or withdrawal at the sole discretion of basa88 without prior notice. Promotions are available only to eligible Players who have met the stated qualification criteria, which may include a minimum deposit amount, a specific game category, or a qualifying wager. basa88 will not reinstate expired promotions under any circumstances.

Clause 5.1

Accepted Bets and Wagers

All bets and wagers placed on basa88 are final once confirmed by the Player and accepted by the platform. basa88 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a pricing error, technical fault, or data feed failure has occurred. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance. basa88 does not accept responsibility for bets placed based on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error outside our reasonable control.

Clause 5.2

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the basa88 Platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or calculation errors for financial gain.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information usage in sports betting markets.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Chip-dumping or any deliberate loss of funds to another account in poker or table game formats.

Any of the above will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all Funds. basa88 may pursue legal remedies where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

Clause 5.3

Game Outcomes and RNG

All casino games on basa88 that utilise a Random Number Generator (RNG) operate on certified, independently audited RNG software. This ensures that all game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by prior results, player identity, or account balance. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studios — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi — and are governed by the rules and procedures of those respective studios. basa88 is not responsible for decisions made by live dealer studios regarding void hands, technical interruptions, or rule interpretations.

Clause 6.1

Suspension by basa88

basa88 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity; incomplete identity verification; or risk of harm to the Player or other users. During a suspension period, the Player will be unable to place bets, request withdrawals, or access certain account features. Funds will remain held in the Account pending investigation resolution.

Clause 6.2

Voluntary Account Closure

A Player may request voluntary closure of their basa88 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (above the minimum withdrawal threshold) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered MFS account. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon written request, subject to identity verification. Clause 6.3

Termination by basa88

basa88 reserves the right to permanently terminate any Account where a material breach of these Terms & Conditions has been confirmed. Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited in full. Real-money deposits may be returned at the sole discretion of basa88 after deducting the value of any bonuses received. basa88 is not liable for any losses arising from account termination carried out in accordance with these Terms.

Clause 7.1

Data Collection and Use

basa88 collects personal data from Players as necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, verify identity, and comply with applicable legal obligations. All data collected is processed in accordance with the basa88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Clause 7.2

Data Security

basa88 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions between the Player's device and our servers. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing protocols and are never accessible in plain text by basa88 staff. Despite these measures, basa88 cannot guarantee absolute security against all forms of cyber attack and does not accept liability for data breaches resulting from events outside our reasonable control.

Clause 8.1

Platform Availability

basa88 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. basa88 will not be liable for any losses — including lost winnings, missed betting opportunities, or data loss — arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform.

Clause 8.2

Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, basa88 excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage. basa88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Clause 8.3

Third-Party Game Providers

Games on the basa88 Platform are supplied by third-party providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. basa88 accepts no liability for errors, interruptions, or disputes arising from the operation of games provided by these third parties. Disputes concerning live dealer game outcomes should be directed to our support team, who will liaise with the relevant game provider on the Player's behalf.

Clause 9.1

Right to Amend

basa88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via a notice on the Platform homepage or by email where a contact address is available. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.

Clause 9.2

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Clause 9.3

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the basa88 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific supplementary rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between basa88 and the Player with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
